Cheddar Macaroni Beef Casserole 225 g ( 1 pkg.) Kraft Dinner Macaroni and Cheese
Prep: 20 min 454 g ( 1 lb.) lean ground beef
Ready in: 30 min 1 can (540 mL / 19 fl oz.) Italian-style stewed tomatoes,
Serves: 4 undrained
2 mL (½ tsp.) dried oregano leaves or dried basil leaves
250 mL ( 1 cup) Kraft Tex Mex Shredded Cheese
1. PREHEAT oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Prepare Kraft Dinner as
directed on package, omitting butter. Meanwhile, brown
meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
Add tomatoes and oregano; mix well. Bring to boil.
2. ADD meat mixture to Kraft Dinner; spoon into 2L ( 8 cup)
casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
3. BAKE 10 min. or until cheese is melted and casserole is
heated through.

250 mL ( 1 cup) sour cream
125 mL (½ cup) Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
125 mL (½ cup) Miracle Whip Dressing
125 mL (½ cup) each: finely chopped green and
red pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1. MIX all ingredients; cover.
2. REFRIGERATE until ready to serve. Garnish with
additional 5 mL ( 1 tsp.) chopped peppers, if desired.
3. SERVE with Ritz Crackers or Premium Plus Crackers.
